Good Rainy Monday

I had a pretty good day today even though it was rainy and very yucky out. I don't like when its all muddy and I have to walk around in muddy boots all day. Kinda makes me feel moody. But the day went by quickly. Tempest was sick most of the day with stomach problems. I believe she ate something that didn't agree with her. We were supposed to go out to eat at LoneStar for their all you can eat BBQ ribs, but feeling the way she was that wasn't going to happen. Oh well, I can afford not to gain a few pounds this week. We'll try again next time she has monday off.
Went to the gym again this evening and had a great work out. I don't feel as sore as I did last week when i went. I think I over did it then but I took it slower and easier this time. Maybe if I'm good a particular someone will allow me to play paintball soon. You know who you are---lol.
Anyway, I need to go snuggle and take care of my baby.

Today I learned how to eat barfi, I didn't know they made so many kinds of barfi. I must say eating barfi is not such a bad experience. In fact, I like it and I'll be eating barfi more often. Many thanks to Maryam for suggesting that we eat at this new restaurant--the Taj Mahal. I don't know if its the cold weather we're having right now or something else but my belly is feeling a little barfi too. Oh well, hopefully the first barfi will not come back to make me feel like having a 2nd barfi later on.
I'm thinking of going out to the hot tub to warm up but I don't want to go out in the cold to do it. Oh well, maybe wrapped up in a warm blanket and reading a book is the key for the day.
